I look back at my life and wonder where it went! 40 years disappeared in the blink of an eye.
Life is short, I’m so grateful for the adventures I’ve had and the time I’ve had.
I lost my little boy on New Years Day 2016 after only 8 days, so I know first hand how short life can be. Embrace EVERY SINGLE DAY. It could be your last.
These days I run a business and have a toddler, so time is flying even faster, and even finding the time to wash my hair is a challenge!
And you want to start a Kickstarter campaign and develop a game? You ask.
The thing is, when I broke down the goal into Micro Goals, I actually realised that little by little I could inch closer, just by finding an extra 15-20 minutes a day.
I looked at what I actually did in a day and to be honest, I do waste a lot of time.
I’ve stopped playing silly Facebook games, which actually has freed up a considerable amount of time.
It was my release, a way to relax, now I’ve made the decision to use this project as my release, and time seems to be popping up out of nowhere!
You have a make a conscious decision to give yourself more time, to devote it to specific things, important things in your life.
Set your alarm to get out of bed 15 minutes earlier, GET OFF YOUR PHONE (unless you’re planning, goal setting or being productive), even use your toilet time wisely if you’re that time poor.
The thing is, if you want it, you can find it. What you have to stop finding is EXCUSES.
I actually have given myself around an hour a day to devote to the campaign. I’m sticking to it and I will continue to stick to it. I will achieve this goal… watch this space.
